The newly constructed Metro Line enables residents of West Adams to take the train to visit many LA hotspots like Santa Monica and Downtown LA at an affordable and traffic-less route. As for educational facilities in the area, West Adams is close to highly coveted community college West LA as well as having charter schools such as Stella Elementary Charter Academy and New Los Angeles Charter Elementary School. West Adams has become more gentrified over the years with large developments, retail and new restaurants.
