Anie is the co-founder and a principal at the Mayelian Apartment Group. With over 40 years of experience in real estate sales, Anie has established herself as a leading multifamily expert in Los Angeles. As a multifamily sales specialist in the Mid City, West Adams, Hollywood, San Fernando Valley, and Downtown LA areas, Anie has a comprehensive knowledge of the submarkets and a strong relationship with area investors. She is also a seasoned specialist in multifamily development sales and has assisted many multifamily developers with the sale of their development projects. She has a large database of multifamily buyers and sellers and has sold and closed thousands of transactions throughout her career. Anie has consistently been a top producer and award winner for her expertise in LA apartment building sales. Anie's exclusive specialization in multifamily property sales enables her to provide the highest level of service to property owners and investors with superior market knowledge, strategic property positioning, and expertise in property valuation. Aleen Mayelian
Aleen is the co-founder and a principal at the Mayelian Apartment Group. She specializes in the sale and exchange of multifamily commercial real estate in all areas of Los Angeles, with particular focus on Mid City, Hollywood, and the San Fernando Valley. She also guides and represents investors through the process of acquiring multifamily buildings. Aleen is also a licensed attorney. Before her career in real estate, Aleen received her undergraduate degree from UCLA, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science. She then graduated from USC Gould School of Law and subsequently practiced in litigation at the Los Angeles office of a national law firm. As a former practicing attorney, Aleen is well-versed in real estate contracts, tough negotiations, and client advocacy. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her real estate sales practice, as she is successfully capable of combining her legal acumen and experience to a broad range of real estate transactional issues.

Jennifer Schneck
Senior Escrow Officer & Manager
Jennifer began her career in real estate in 1992 at Park Regency Real Estate, when she started as a receptionist for their real estate office. When she was transferred to their in-house escrow to be a receptionist/processor, she found she had a passion for escrow and quickly worked her way up in the company starting as an assistant, then escrow officer and eventually managing the entire division. When the market crashed in 2008, Jen went to Rodeo Realty where she was the executive assistant to the owner of the company. While there, she managed the overall dealings of 10 branch offices of Rodeo and Encore Escrow. With her combined management and hands on escrow experience, Jennifer made the move to Mulholland Escrow, where she handled many high profile clients and when the company branched off to become an independent escrow company, Jennifer the natural choice when seeking the right person to manage Wonderland Escrow. Her unyielding customer service, dedication to her clients and contractual precision have earned Jennifer many accolades as she continues to serve her clients.

Phil Atwan
Senior Vice President, Exchange Resources
Phil began his career in marketing and sales with a large title insurance company in 1982, transitioning to a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Focus in 1998. Phil has been with the company from the very beginning, speaking to more investors about 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges than probably anyone in the country. Phil is featured at more than 150 educational seminars per year, hosted by financial planning organizations, escrow associations, CPA/EA tax groups, bar associations, and real estate companies in the greater Los Angeles area and north-ward up through San Luis Obispo County. Industry-related professionals and real estate investors from New York to Seattle to Southern California call him to learn about the rules of code section 1031 and how to defer capital gain taxes. Phil enjoys and thrives on assisting and educating people about the 1031 Exchange. He speaks regularly at Board of Realtor continuing education functions, and has long served in various Board of Director capacities.

Gabriel Crecion
Vice President, Lawyers Title
Gabriel Crecion is the Vice President of Sales for the Los Angeles County Region. Gabriel is responsible for serving his sales team, growing market share, recruiting top talent, customer retention, customer satisfaction, order ownership, and driving the overall revenue for his region. With over 20 years of direct B to B sales, Gabriel has extensive knowledge and experience on how to enter and capture market share. He has been a leader in every position he has had since entering the workforce, and has consistently been ranked amongst the top 10% of his peers. Gabriel is a native of California growing up in Northridge, CA. He graduated from UCLA and pursued his dream of playing football in the NFL. The road to the NFL helped develop a work ethic and a sense of purpose that shows in everything he does. Gabriel is a graduate of UCLA, and earned his MBA from the University of Pepperdine’s, Graziadio School of Business and Management. He graduated at the top of his class, was selected into Beta Gamma Sigma for academic achievements, and was the graduation commencement speaker.

Zack Pomer
Marketing Director
Zach Pomer launched his real estate career while a college sophomore, and soon became the personal assistant to the top-producing agent in the office. After just a few months, he was distinguished by his remarkable creative skills and was promoted to the position of Equity Union Real Estate Marketing Director. In that role, Zach is responsible for the management of all marketing and communications efforts for the entire brokerage and all of its agents. He directs strategic business development efforts, media relations, social media, print advertising, and website development for the company.
